Chandra Shekhar Azad was a great revolutionary who sacrificed his life for the sake of his motherland. Undertaking revolutionary acts, he made a large number of small sacrifices which we little know about. All these pictures I shot at Satar, near Orchha. The first one is that of the well that the great hero dug during his escape period after the well-known Kakori robbery in which he and his comrades looted the British treasury. The next picture is that of the small temple that he is said to have built. The next two pictures show the platform on which he slept without any clothing and the hut in which he lived for one year and a half. The last picture is of the statue installed at the same place. The place located amidst greenery is worth a visit. Perhaps it should be great tribute to the martyr.
