Not at a Loss

I translated this popular poem from Hindi. How do you like it?

Never at a Loss (Haar Nahin Hoti)

Scared of waves, boat is never across,
Those who try are never at a loss.

Tiny ant when sets out with grain
Climbs up and trips down again
Trust in heart fills courage in veins
Climbing and falling and climbing again
Ultimately its hard work is not lost
Those who try are never at a loss.

A diver plunges deep in the sea
Goes and returns with hands empty
Pearls are hard to find in the water deep
Redoubled motivation still he keeps
Empty every time are not his hopes
Those who try are never at a loss.

Failure is a challenge, accept it.
Look for shortcoming and improve it.
Rest not, sleep not until success is attained,
Never flee until struggles are contained,
Without effort you never get kudos,
Those who try are never at a loss.
