Interview : Crests and Troughs.

There are situations when an interview turns into more of a discussion. This situation can arise especially when there are more than one interviewers. It can prove to be a difficult situation for the candidate. Unfortunately, in case such a situation arises, a candidate should observe crests and troughs to sneak into the discussion. The situation of crest means when the noise level is at its highest pitch; and trough is the situation when the noise level is at its lowest ebb. A candidate should sneak into the discussion when it is a situation of trough. This opportunity arises when one of the interviewers has ceased to speak while the other has yet to start. It is certainly a self-assertive exercise. As a matter of fact, a candidate should avoid to speak in such an unfortunate situation, because whatever he says can go against him. This situation is usually the result of interpersonal rivalry or holding of perpendicularly opposite views on a subject.
