Interview - Speaking Manners

An interview is a formal occasion in which all norms of etiquette and manners should be observed. It is to be understood that a candidate avoids all kinds of mannerisms that look uncivilised and have a bearing on the interviewer. The candidate should be polite but firm in his speech, and he should look flexible in his approach in case new facts come to the surface. Using inconsiderate, harsh, sharp and uncharitable remarks about others must be avoided under all circumstances. Even if the situation demands that a candidate has to criticise someone, he should not do it from personal point of view. Rather, he should take a broad view about his thinking and the actions that have made him think so.
