Interview Analysis

Whatever deductions of a situation, incident or happening are made, should be arrived at based on sound reasoning and analysis supported by facts. Whenever a situation is put by the interviewer for analysis, it should be done in a certain fashion depending upon facts, because of which a candidate reaches a certain deduction. Even if the situation put forward is new to him, the candidate should make it clear that he is reaching a particular deduction on the basis of certain facts and his standing could change if he was aware of all the facts related with the situation.
Practice to reach deductions can be done in the practical life. Whatever situations or occurrences a candidates faces in actual life, he should coolly think about it in a logical way taking into consideration all facts related with it, both real and imaginary, and then arrive at a certain conclusion. Then he should once again look at the facts if his conclusion was really based on the facts or has been prejudiced to his mental capacity, attitude, race, sex, class, religion, status or any other thing like self-interest.
